Ten years ago, the Gag Laws were introduced as a repressive response to a major wave of social mobilization. Their continued existence today is evidence of the erosion of rights and freedoms that has taken place, reflected in the ongoing violation of political and civil rights surrounding the right to protest. No Somos Delito is a campaign advocating for the protection, exercise, and consolidation of political and civil rights related to the right to protest, with a focus on legislative reforms.
